We are pleased to announce the release of our new light weight racing stroker crankshaft for the Mitsubishi 4G63. This 94mm crankshaft is machined from heat treated EN40B steel and features an Isotropic Superfinish for superior friction reduction and lubrication properties. This revised crank is significantly lighter than previous versions and is available separately or in our 2.2L stroker kit and assembled high performance 2.2L 4G63 short block. Lighter rotating components help increase engine response and reduce the stress on other rotating components. This crankshaft is proudly manufactured at our world class facility in Northampton England. Unlike many respected companies now offering engine components that are allegedly manufactured at their facilities in Japan but actually made off shore, we control every aspect of design and manufacturing. And with over 50 years of engine design and manufacturing, Cosworth has the intimate knowledge of the interaction between engine components making our matched parts the perfect combination for maximum reliable performance.
